What would I carry?

If I were a soldier and I could only carry a certain amount of things, I would choose to carry an American Flag. Yes, it may be cliche, but when push comes to shove I would be fighting for my country, and what would be a better reminder than that flag that represents freedom, loyalty, diversity all for the country I would risk my life for. Looking at other countries where women are sold to sex trafficing, forced be married, unable to vote and hold any jobs of power, or unable to be educated something would need to remind me of how lucky I am to have my freedom and endless options that have absolutly nothing to with my sex. America is a great country and a lot of people take it for granted and talk about how much they hate it, but it the grand scheme of things we're 300 million of the luckiest people alive to live in the best nation of the world. I would be proud to serve for my country, and to have the flag that represents it all with me.
